PROCESSING FOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND R&D

Small Batch Pasteurizer, HTST/UHT Pasteurization & Sterilizers are types of equipment used in the food and beverage industry to treat products such as milk, juices, and sauces to eliminate harmful microorganisms that could cause spoilage or illness.

Small Batch Pasteurizer is designed for smaller-scale processing of products, typically with a capacity of less than 500 liters. It uses a method of pasteurization known as batch pasteurization, which involves heating the product to a specific temperature for a set amount of time, then quickly cooling it to halt the heating process. This process is ideal for small-batch production and can be used for dairy products, juices, and other liquids.

HTST (High-Temperature Short-Time) Pasteurization is a process that uses heat to rapidly raise the temperature of the product to a high level, typically around 72°C (161°F) for 15-30 seconds, before quickly cooling it down. This method is often used for milk, as it preserves the taste and nutritional value of the product while effectively eliminating harmful bacteria.

UHT (Ultra High-Temperature) Pasteurization is a method of Sterilizers that involves heating the product to a very high temperature, typically above 135°C (275°F), for a short period of time. The product is then immediately cooled and packaged in a sterile environment to prevent contamination. This method can extend the shelf life of products for several months without refrigeration, making it ideal for long-term storage and distribution

sterilizers are similar to UHT pasteurizers but are designed to operate at even higher temperatures and pressures. They are used for sterilizing products that require a longer shelf life or have a higher risk of contamination. Sterilization can involve the use of steam or chemicals to kill microorganisms.
